Marilyn is a values-led non-profit impact strategist and project manager with over 10 years’ experience delivering community-focused work. 

She has experience leading complex, multi-partner projects, embedding safeguarding, equity, and meaningful participation throughout. 

Marilyn has experience managing budgets across multiple initiatives and works across youth engagement, health and arts participation, culturally sensitive training on violence against women and girls and indigenous dance preservation. 

She is passionate about ambitious, inclusive creative work that challenges behaviour and amplifies underrepresented voices.
