Support Art in the Community: Ping-ah-Pound!
The UK Centre for Carnival Arts is a registered charity.
Our mission is to see Carnival Arts continue to be universally recognised as a progressive contemporary Artform, which embodies artistic excellence and inclusive cultural expression. Our diverse and inclusive work makes a real difference to the lives of many people, and when you give to the carnival artform it's really rewarding. You're helping us make a difference and spread the mass happiness and joy embodied by the world's greatest artform.
Ping-ah-Pound!
We know times are tough, but every little bit can make a huge difference! Our new "Ping-ah-Pound" initiative invites you to dig in your pocket and contribute as little as £1 to support the arts in our community.
This catchy concept was developed by one of our talented artists in residence, Chauntier Irish-Downes, a young designer passionate about Soca who wanted to create an engaging way for everyone to get involved in supporting Carnival Arts.
"Ping-ah-Pound" isn't just about donations – it's a movement! Keep an eye on our social media channels for our upcoming dance video that will get everyone moving to the Soca rhythm.
