Carnival Projects

Roots to Carnival:

The UK Centre for Carnival Arts and the University of Bedfordshire are working together to provide a ground breaking programme of courses in carnival related activity.

Whether you are interested in a Summer Carnival Academy or Foundation Degree in Carnival Arts, a comprehensive and varied programme of seminars and practical workshops are available to enable participants to develop the necessary skills to work in the carnival sector and related creative industries.

This partnership project will raise the status of carnival arts, both locally and nationally thanks to funding from the European Social Fund, Arts Council East of England, and the Learning Skills Council.
