Come and experience the colours and flavour of Carnival Arts!
- There will be a variety of workshops and master classes to enable the community carnival groups to gain the appropriate skills to create their floats and costumes for carnival.
- International Highlights of this year’s programme include a talk and demonstration by Milton Cunha a Brazilian Rio style float maker, master classes and workshops by the Amazonas Spectacular Experience, a Colombian collective whose programme includes music and dance as well as costume construction and float building.
- Other sessions will include banner making, float designing, backpack making, costume construction, carnival makeup and dance.
Mas Camp will be open the week leading up to the Luton Carnival 7- 8 July. More information to follow.
