Socaerobics

Every Monday, 7pm until 8pm

£3 per session  

Move your body to the pulsating rhythms of Soca and get into shape whilst doing it! Work out to a mixture of the melodic lilting sound of calypso and east Indian drums. This is an exciting way to get into shape.
This class is open to all ages and beginners are welcome.                                                  

Zumba
Mondays and Thursdays from 8pm until 9pm

£5 per session
 
A very popular class and another fitness based activity. The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Come join one of the most popular community classes in Luton.

Open to all ages (from 8 onwards) and all levels of experience welcomed.

Salsa

Tuesdays from 8pm

£5 per session

Spice up your Tuesday nights by joining in and dancing the evening away to the seductive Latin grooves of Salsa music. Classes are for both adult beginners as well as the more advanced.

Every Tuesday 8pm to 9pm for Beginners & 9pm to 10.30pm for Advanced 

Steel Pan

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm until 7pm

£3 per session

Steel pan classes for complete beginners.

Come on in and try your hand at steel pan drumming. No experience needed, all ages from 8 onwards are welcome!

Every Tuesdays for beginners and Thursdays for intermediate

Bedscarf

Held twice a month on a Friday, 1:30pm until 3:30pm

£2 Per Session - Including Refreshments
A class for those more mature members of the community to enjoy an eloquent tea party and dance the afternoon away.
